step.1: We Ask what YOU want and then Listen very closely.
step.2: We review and Ask you if we've listened closely enough.
step.3: Only when you think that we've "got it" do we begin to Create.
step.4: You LOVE the results – or we Ask and Listen and Create again.
step.5: You LOVE the results – or... well, you get the picture.
