We will design an 81/2”x11” full-color insert for your newspaper. That means we’ll help you choose photos to use, develop your attention-getting offer* with you and put it all together using a design unique to your practice (no cookie-cutter stuff here). We’ll get it printed in the quantity that you need for your newspaper’s coverage. How will we know what you need? Simple! We’ll get all the info from the newspaper at no extra charge and take care of getting the inserts to the paper on time for the launch date.

Okay, normally we charge $1200 for designing and creative. But we are going to follow Tom Orent’s advice and make you an offer you can’t refuse. For inserts contracted with us before 10/31/03, we will cut that price in half. That’s right, 50% off. If you need more time to think about this highly recommended marketing technique, we will still take off $300 (25%) for inserts contracted with us before 11/15/03. And, once your inserts are done, we will keep them on file digitally. On the next print run you can make changes at minimal charges, or no charges for inserts printed without changes.

Now what about printing? Well, we think we’ve got some very competitive prices. 10,000 newspaper inserts will run about 12.4¢ apiece. At 30,000 inserts your cost is down to about 8.6¢ apiece and at 50,000 pieces, you’re at 7.1¢ apiece. Yes, that’s running a full-color, edge-to-edge front of 70# gloss paper (not that flimsy 60# stuff that most companies offer). Check with your local printer. Their wide eyes will tell you how good these prices are.
