Logos - The Good News, The Bad News & The INCREDIBLE News.

• The Good News: A classy, professional logo will raise your current and new patients’ perceptions of your skill, quality of dentistry, artistry, service and, especially, what they should expect to pay for those attributes. You should be able to immediately raise your fees by 10-15% with few problems. Large cases will be more easily accepted and your employees’ morale and personal professional expectations will rise.

• The Bad News: Of course, the logo can only accomplish this if you get your new image out there for people to experience. You need to create and distribute effective marketing materials. Basically unless you get that image out there where your patients, and prospective patients can be influenced by the art, your logo’s impact will be greatly diminished. “But, Mark, a new logo is a lot of money and developing marketing materials will mean additional costs.”

• The INCREDIBLE News: Curtis Marketing Group will credit ALL of what you pay for your logo design back to you. Let me state this clearly. When you have your logo designed by Curtis Marketing Group, we will give you an equal value in Savings Certificates to use on new marketing materials.

Now, if I were you, I would be asking myself a few questions. Let me see if I can anticipate some of them.

• #1 Are these marketing materials obscure items that I would never need?
Actually we are offering savings on things like your practice brochure, your sign, a presentation folder, direct mail cards, doctors’ bio sheets, and more.

• #2 Is this some fly-by-night company who will take my money and go?
Curtis Marketing Group has been working with dentists for nearly 14 years and counts among its clients some of the country’s top doctors.

• #3 Have the prices of materials been raised to cover the costs of this offer?
Actually, we have recently lowered many of our printing prices to reflect better arrangements that we have negotiated with our printers. And, on most projects, applying your Savings Certificates will result in saving a large percentage of the overall costs.

• #4 Why would an agency be crazy enough to do something like this?
When you hire us to develop your logo, you invest dollars in us. We, however, invest huge amounts of learning time and creative effort into making the perfect logo a reality for you. It is not uncommon for us to approach the 100-hour mark during the process. We are, in essence, investing in your long-term client relationship. Recent analysis has revealed that because of that acquired client knowledge base, it is more efficient for us to continue working with a valuable client on their future projects.

• #5 Okay, why doesn’t CMG do my logo for free and I’ll promise to do all my future business with them at no discount?
I’m sorry. Being a rational business owner yourself, I’m sure that’s a question you wouldn’t ask.

If you’ve never experienced the level of quality shown by a Curtis Marketing Group logo, it would be worth the time to review them at www.CurtisGroup.com in the Galleries section. You will not be disappointed.
